📋 Description

• Lead shifts in a high-volume store to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Uphold Domino’s brand standards and RPM policies.
• Train and develop Team Members; coach performance.
• Support scheduling, labor management, and attendance.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.
• Collaborate with GM to achieve store goals and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+; 21+ to drive.
• Complete RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills; team oriented.
• Food safety certification as required by local regs.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
