📋 Description

• Hybrid remote with in-office 1-2 days/week in Boston/Waltham
• Develop performance narratives for leadership
• Design dashboards for field and sales leaders
• Collaborate with Commercial Data Management and cross-functional partners
• Produce regular reports and executive summaries
• Lead market research to inform brand strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years pharma/biotech commercial or consulting
• 2+ years pharma data sets (claims, DDD, 867/852)
• SQL and/or Python analytics experience
• Tableau or similar BI tool
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication
