📋 Description

• Lead complex analyses and support automation and experimentation projects for Adyen's Performance
• Translate business challenges into analytical solutions with stakeholders across Product, Data, and
• Develop scalable analytics tools and self-service pipelines to empower internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in data analytics/science or similar, ideally fintech/payments.
• Strong Python, SQL, and PySpark; experience with large-scale data processing.
• Experience designing ETL/data pipelines with data validation for reliability.
• Familiarity with Spark, Airflow, and Git version control.
• Proficient with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau) and dashboards.
• Solid statistics knowledge: hypothesis testing and data mining.
