Senior Deliverability Strategist (Working in U.S. Time Zone)

📋 Description

• Own onboarding and warm-up: IP and domain warm-up for customers migrating to BlueConic.
• Lead deliverability audits: reviews of sending infra, authentication, hygiene, and program
• Own incident response: escalation point for spam complaints, blocklists, and ISP blocks.
• Own ISP/industry relationships: work with mailbox providers and postmasters and industry bodies on
• Advise on authentication: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI setup and troubleshooting.
• Partner with operations: align with Lead Deliverability Analyst for execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing email deliverability for multiple senders (B2B/B2C).
• Experience with ISP remediation and mediation with mailbox providers.
• Strong understanding of email authentication, DNS, IP reputation, and mail flow.
• Experience with deliverability tooling (eDataSource/Validity) and platforms (SparkPost, SendGrid
• Hands-on email marketing, including campaigns, segmentation, and list growth.
• CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, CCPA compliance knowledge.
