🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years applying quantitative methods to business problems.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, ML.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis and modeling.
• Ability to translate questions into rigorous frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
