🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Value Realization/Value Engineering/Customer Success/Business Value Consulting in SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven success delivering post-sale value to drive adoption, cross-sell, upsell, expansion.
• Strong finance skills: ROI, NPV, IRR, Payback, TCO.
• Hands-on coding/scripting/automation to build repeatable tools for value analysis.
• Familiarity with AI agents and rapid web app development (e.g., Streamlit) is a plus.
