Lead Analytics Consultant, Real World Data Insights (Post-sale)

📋 Description

• Serve as primary post-sale SME for HealthVerity clients on their RWD use cases.
• Build trusted relationships with data, analytics, and research stakeholders.
• Respond to client data questions; triage issues and drive resolution.
• Share insights, updates, and best practices to maximize value from HealthVerity data assets.
• Translate complex needs into actionable guidance for cross-functional client teams.
• Lead client trainings and document use-case support in the post-sale phase.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Clinical Informatics, or related field.
• At least 4 years in healthcare analytics or related client-facing roles.
• Deep healthcare data expertise across data types and standards (ICD, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, NUCC, etc.).
• Proficient in SQL or Python; experience querying large relational databases with patient-level data.
• Experience evaluating data fit-for-purpose and implementing research protocols.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
