• Lead senior professional services engagements in Germany and drive regional growth
• Design, position, and close outcome-oriented services engagements
• Translate DevSecOps and digital transformation initiatives into measurable outcomes
• Build trusted advisor relationships with technical leaders and partners
• Align engagements with customer objectives and account strategies
• Oversee engagement lifecycle from discovery to delivery and transition

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience structuring, scoping, and selling professional services engagements
• Strong pre-sales skills: discovery, outcome-oriented proposals, SOWs, staffing plans
• Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and cloud transformation
• Executive presence with ability to coordinate across sales, delivery, and operations
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and risk-mitigation capabilities
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment
