• Lead end-to-end development of additional products and gifting ranges for Butternut Box and Marro.
• Own product lines in wellness, gifting, food, and non-food areas with clear rationale to exist.
• Shape long-term roadmap, prioritise opportunities from research and market insights.
• Collaborate with third-party partners to develop and deliver fresh opportunities.
• Oversee concept-to-launch delivery, including trials and pre-production activities.
• Lead product launches and support go-to-market with post-launch reviews.
