🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program/product management, learning & development, or related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to balance strategy with detailed execution.
