📋 Description

• Lead multiple workstreams within enterprise transformation and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess needs, define action plans, and implement solutions.
• Support AI-enabled and technology-driven initiatives with adoption strategies.
• Own and maintain the product backlog aligned to objectives.
• Translate complex business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business partners for delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 7 years’ experience; or Master’s with 6 years; or PhD with 2 years.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams and prioritization.
• Executive communication skills for senior leaders.
• Experience with software engineering in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, system integrations, or cloud-based products.
