Senior Applied Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain credit risk models powering underwriting and decisions.
• Design predictive features from transaction data (income flow, spending, repayment).
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize models in production with AWS and Snowflake ML.
• Prototype new modeling methods and present to stakeholders.
• Analyze credit performance and drift to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with product, risk, and engineering to turn data into product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science and ML.
• End-to-end DS project leadership from research to deployment.
• Experience building credit or risk models.
• Strong Python, ML libs (TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
• Strong SQL and large transactional/time-series data experience.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
