📋 Description

• Assist in classroom instructions and provide targeted teaching support
• Maintain classroom order and safety; supervise students
• Report behavioral concerns to staff and implement behavioral policies
• Provide interventions to help manage behaviors and respond to emergencies
• Support staff in preventing and managing incidents of misbehavior
• Remain alert to potential safety issues and assist with crisis situations

🎯 Requirements

• Paraprofessional experience is helpful
• Ability to work with high-risk special needs students
• Security or Juvenile Justice background is helpful
• Good driving record; willing/able to drive student van (preferred)
• Military Veterans encouraged to apply
• Ability to operate tactfully under stress; flexible with routines
