📋 Description

• Facilitate day-to-day communication between clients and laboratories via phone or email
• Advise walk-in clients about service information and project prep
• Monitor projects in PLM/TEM/IAQ needing client contact
• Unpack shipments and document receipt of samples
• Update client and project data in LIMS and CRM systems
• Collaborate with lab/operations to resolve inquiries and improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience 1-2 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Active listening, client-focus, computer literate (Office, Adobe PDF, CRM)
• Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and work under pressure
• Team player with self-motivation and growth mindset
