- Own adoption and value plan for a portfolio of accounts.

- Coordinate with GTM, Product, and Eng on escalations.

- Proven ability to translate data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Track record turning product usage into customer ROI storytelling.
- Experience building adoption plans tied to customer goals.
- Hands-on with AI or agentic tooling (LLMs, MCP-based workflows).
- Collaborative, prioritization-savvy, with cross-team influence.
