📋 Description

• Own end-to-end HC tech strategy and roadmap
• Drive HC platform modernization and AI-enabled HC solutions
• Lead discovery, requirements, delivery for HC tech portfolio
• Partner with CHCO and HC leadership to align priorities
• Oversee vendor relationships, budget, and milestones

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in system implementations, product or tech delivery
• Proven leadership of product and delivery teams across geographies
• Deep understanding of full employee lifecycle and HC operating model
• Hands-on with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM; Talent tools like Workday Recruiting
• Cloud, data analytics, AI/ML tools for people/talent use cases
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Business/HR; MBA preferred
