Product Analytics - Developer Experience, Bridge

📋 Description

• Own data strategy for customer experience at Bridge across payments quality and product experience.
• Define metrics, build pipelines, and drive decisions from insight to shipped outcomes.
• Be primary data voice for focal area with latitude to define how to get there.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support/Operations to translate findings into product
• Proactively flag emerging issues in payments quality or product experience.
• Continuously improve data quality, documentation, and tooling as Bridge scales.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as a data analyst or similar analytics role, preferably in payments/fintech.
• Excellent SQL skills; experience with Databricks or modern warehouse/lakehouse.
• Hands-on data pipelines/ETL experience; version control with GitHub.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to investigate problems and translate into recommendations.
• Experience building dashboards/visualizations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities and clear communication.
