Senior Director, Product Management - ML & Data Science

📋 Description

• Own the ML & Data Science product strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead and mentor product managers, influencing cross-functional teams.
• Manage relationships with executives; present roadmaps to leadership/board.
• Drive KPI-driven product management and tie metrics to business goals.
• Incorporate customer feedback and analytics for iterative improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives; ensure alignment to strategy and results.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in Product Management with senior/director experience.
• Proven leadership of PMs and cross-functional influence.
• Exceptional communication with executives and boards.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset; test theories with metrics.
• Understanding of pricing, pricing/marketplace concepts.
• Experience building multi-year roadmaps and platforms with engineering.
