Auto Loan Customer Service Associate

📋 Description

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with existing customers to explain account status and arrange
• Help customers meet contract obligations and build credit standing.
• Contact delinquent customers and overcome objections to payments.
• Maintain relationships with Loan Servicing team and meet production goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 18 years or older; minimum 3-4 CXC/GCE subjects including English or U.S. high school diploma/GED.
• Valid government ID, TRN and NIS card.
• Flexible availability to work any day/shift; onsite training or work possible.
• Experience in customer service; strong problem solving and CRM familiarity.
• Excellent verbal/written communication; active listening and empathy.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and basic PC skills (Outlook/Word/Excel).
