Project Manager / Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Hybrid PM/BA role to turn strategy into execution
• Lead project delivery, drive process optimization, support digital, data, and AI transformation for
• Engage with executives, and collaborate across business, IT, vendors, and sponsors
• Run workshops, steering committees, and sprint ceremonies
• Identify AI opportunities and translate challenges into tech-enabled solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams on implementations, integrations, and testing

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in technical project management, business analysis, consulting, or similar client-facing
• Track record delivering complex business or technology transformation projects
• Strong PM fundamentals: planning, risk, stakeholder mgmt, budgeting
• Experience documenting requirements, business process flows, and user stories
• Facilitation of workshops and managing cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience spotting opportunities for process improvement or AI-enabled transformation
