Customer Vehicle Service Agent (Waikiki)

📋 Description

• Clean, inspect, and prep vehicles for rental readiness
• Document vehicle conditions and maintenance needs
• Coordinate with team to address service alerts
• Manage lot organization and vehicle movement between locations
• Assist customers with returns, charges, and questions
• Shuttle vehicles between locations and service points

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year in vehicle service or related field
• Strong verbal communication and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; must be able to work in US
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, outdoors in all weather
• Uniforms provided; language skills a plus
• Experience in car rentals or automotive service preferred
