Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own a core area of Shape platform end to end
• Define success in customer and commercial terms
• Collaborate with engineering, design, consultancy delivery and growth
• Shaping product roadmap and real outcomes on live projects
• Front of how AI shows up in our products
• Work with site and commercial teams to understand construction workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS products end to end
• Ability to drive business outcomes, not just ship features
• Strong communication and leadership to align engineers and senior leaders
• Experience with AI-powered features, retrieval/grounding, evaluation and cost/latency trade-offs
• Capability to design for users in varying environments (site vs office)
• Experience with construction or related heavy-industry domains is a plus
