APJ Partner Enablement Manager

📋 Description

• Based in Sydney, lead regional partner enablement programs for APJ.
• Own the program strategy to help partners sell, deliver, and grow with Smartsheet.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure partner success and regional revenue impact.
• Deliver content across product, technical, use cases, and sales enablement domains.
• Support partner recruitment cycles with product demos and API details.
• Manage partner content in our CRM to drive ongoing engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with a services-centric partner community in B2B software (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow
• Understanding of enterprise software Professional Services economics.
• 3-5 years in a technical field and/or enablement/education in tech.
• Strong communication, project management, and ability to explain technical subjects simply.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed.
