Product Manager - Clearing and Settlement

📋 Description

• Own product design and delivery for TradFi clearing and settlement platform
• Lead roadmap and execution for backend capabilities
• Design full lifecycle: trade reconciliation, non-trade reconciliation, anomaly detection, error
• Define and monitor metrics: false positives, processing time, reliability
• Collaborate with engineering, product, ops, treasury, and finance on settlement and fund flow
• Integrate systems with external stakeholders; investigate issues

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years product management in clearing & settlement, fintech, or platform/infrastructure
• Background in Accountancy/Finance is a plus
• Deep understanding of settlement, reconciliation, ledger systems, or fund flow design
• Familiar with backend design and APIs; works with engineering on architecture
• Data-driven with metrics-guided product decisions
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
