- Full-time, remote work-from-home opportunity in Canada supporting health benefit plans and

- Combine customer service, active listening, research, and problem-solving in a busy call centre
- Take ownership of customer inquiries and resolve complex or unusual situations independently.

🎯 Requirements
- Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred, especially in high-volume or
- Strong listening, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to handle
- Ability to assess customer needs, research issues, identify root causes, and determine solutions.
- Excellent telephone manner; professional, positive, patient, and customer-focused.
- Ability to stay optimistic and effective in a busy environment; strong accountability and ownership.
- Ability to work within policies and adapt solutions to individual circumstances; strong
