🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in global/cross-functional software teams in a software product company; SaaS exp
- Experience in building CX products a plus.
- Empathetic with strong listening to understand customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to leverage AI to arrive at intuitive solutions from concept to scale.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-driven decisions in a fast-evolving environment with a focus on the overall vision.
