- Lead original applied research projects end-to-end, including developing research questions and

🎯 Requirements
- PhD in psychology, political science, sociology, communication, behavioral science, public policy
- Ability to operate independently as a scientist; develop original questions and design studies.
- Strong experience in applied social/behavioral research, including RCTs and field/survey
- Strong quantitative research capabilities: statistical analysis, design, causal inference, evidence
- Experience with qualitative or mixed-methods research (interviews, focus groups, surveys
- Proficiency with R, Python, Stata, SAS, SPSS, or comparable tools.
