- Guide development and deployment of mission-critical projects
- Streamline workflows and reduce friction for the dev team
- Track, stabilize, and resolve project roadblocks
- Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, Infosec
- Maintain documentation and development lifecycle frameworks
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in project management in financial/vendor/exchange
- Agile project management experience
- Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Roadmaps) preferred
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving
- Ability to multi-task across timelines and regulatory context
