• Outbound calls to homeowners to advance project journeys and identify needs
• Field inbound calls from prior outreach with professional, courteous support
• Identify additional project needs and present matched pros to homeowners
• Engage homeowners in tailored discussions about services and solutions
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and procedures for accurate information

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a call center, outbound sales, or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with focus on high-quality service
• Willingness to learn new skills, tools, and participate in pilots
