• Lead strategy for Webflow's enterprise data architecture and analytics capabilities.
• Mentor and grow Analytics Engineers to build scalable data foundations.
• Define semantic layer, data governance, and AI-native architecture to enable self-serve analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure trusted metrics and data quality.
• Partner on metric definitions and governance to improve data-powered decisions.
• Represent Analytics Engineering in strategic discussions and drive data maturity.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data and analytics engineering with scalable data models and infrastructure.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and cloud warehouses (dbt, Snowflake
• Track record of high-quality data models, testing, dashboards, and documentation standards.
