Requirements
- Configure SAP OTC processes including order management, delivery, billing, and returns
- Integrate OTC with FICO, MM, and logistics modules
- Analyze business requirements and optimize OTC workflows
- Support UAT, cutover, and go-live
- Provide post-implementation support
- Strong experience in SAP OTC processes
- Deep understanding of end-to-end sales cycles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
