Associate, Product Strategy (Deliveries)

📋 Description

• Lead strategic creation of Grab Vietnam Deliveries product roadmaps
• Define roadmaps with clear OKRs and data-driven GTM
• Design and deploy experiments to measure impact
• Collaborate with country & regional Product teams on deployment
• Adapt plans to market trends and Grab’s strategic vision
• Develop frameworks to monitor marketplace intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in product/business roles, tech or delivery
• Ability to work with multiple departments and regional stakeholders
• Strong data fluency: SQL, Python, Sheets
• Familiar with analytics tools and AI models (Claude, GPT, MCPs)
• Data-driven decision making; ability to influence senior execs
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
