Product Manager (Kubernetes / Ansible / IaC)

📋 Description

• Own a defined product area end-to-end from discovery to adoption and iteration.
• Collaborate with platform engineers, DevOps, leadership, and customers to address production
• Analyze customer workflows to improve governance, visibility, reliability, and developer experience.
• Combine interviews, usage data, and market research to prioritize valuable problems.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and decision records to guide development.
• Coordinate with Design and Engineering leadership on scope and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• PM or closely related technical background (platform engineering, DevOps, solutions engineering
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or Ansible; expertise in both not required.
• For Kubernetes: Argo CD, Flux, Helm, operators, cluster management, or app delivery.
• For Ansible: AWX or Automation Controller, inventories, job templates, environments, workflows.
• Explain infrastructure concepts and address production challenges in teams.
• Working knowledge of Terraform or OpenTofu and basic IaC workflows (Git changes, plan/apply, state
