Senior Product Manager, APIs

📋 Description

• Own API product area end to end: strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, hypercare.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leads on architecture and direction.
• Prototype and validate ideas with hands-on experiments.
• Design and maintain API contracts, versioning, and dev experience.
• Understand real workflows with subject-matter experts to prioritize impact.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• PM experience in high-growth, ideally B2B or complex platforms.
• Strong tech depth; speak with engineers on APIs and system design.
• Hands-on with Cursor and/or Claude Code to build/debug prototypes.
• Experience owning API-first products and developer experience.
• Background in payroll, HR, benefits, fintech is valuable.
• Strong strategic/tactical judgment and collaboration skills.
