Associate Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Assist customers with extracting, transforming, and loading data into Bluesight platform
• Validate and analyze data from disparate systems to ensure integrity
• Communicate findings and troubleshoot technical issues
• Document processes and best practices for internal knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with implementation, product, and engineering teams to improve data pipelines
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years in data analysis; healthcare experience a plus
• Experience with AWS Glue, Step Functions, Lambda
• Experience with relational (MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle) or non-relational (MongoDB) databases
• Ability to understand and debug codebases across languages (Python, PySpark, Scala, Ruby)
• Familiarity with ETL concepts, data pipelines, data validation
