📋 Description

• Lead client discovery through interviews, workshops, and working sessions to understand business
• Identify high-value AI and data opportunities by examining manual, cross-functional processes.
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured statements, use cases, hypotheses, MVP scopes, and
• Define measurable success criteria using KPIs, ROI, adoption metrics, and time-to-value
• Build executive narratives and business cases aligning technology opportunities with business
• Bridge business and technical teams, clarifying requirements, risks, and the path from MVP to scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience focusing on technology-enabled transformation or process
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, executive storytelling, and workshop facilitation.
• Proven ability to earn trust with executives and end users in fast-moving environments.
• Strong consulting presence with ability to challenge assumptions and drive practical decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
