Product Manager (Kubernetes / Ansible / IaC)

📋 Description

• Own a defined product area end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and adoption.
• Engage with platform engineers, DevOps, and customers to address production challenges.
• Investigate workflows to improve governance, visibility, reliability, and developer experience.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and decision records for development.
• Prioritize initiatives by value, alignment, effort, and risk.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering leadership to guide delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous product management or related technical role experience.
• Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes or Ansible (not necessarily both).
• For Kubernetes: Argo CD, Flux, Helm, operators, cluster management, or app delivery.
• For Ansible: AWX or Automation Controller, inventories, job templates, environments, or workflows.
• Explain infra technologies and production challenges clearly.
• Working knowledge of Terraform or OpenTofu and IaC workflows with Git, plan/apply, state, policy
