Product Manager (Kubernetes / Ansible / IaC)

📋 Description

• Own a defined product area end-to-end from discovery to delivery, launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Collaborate with platform engineers, DevOps, infrastructure leaders, and customers to address
• Investigate workflows related to governance, visibility, reliability, and developer experience.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and decision records to guide development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for launch readiness and adoption tracking.
• Develop understanding of infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, policy, cloud infra, and IaC workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• PM experience or closely related technical role (platform engineering, DevOps, solutions
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or Ansible (expertise in both not required).
• For Kubernetes: Argo CD, Flux, Helm, operators, cluster management, or app delivery.
• For Ansible: AWX or Automation Controller, inventories, job templates, execution environments, or
• Ability to explain infrastructure tech and address production challenges.
• Working knowledge of Terraform or OpenTofu and basic IaC workflows (Git changes, plan/apply, state
