Learning Content Designer

📋 Description

• Develop engaging learning materials that meet objectives and use appropriate modalities
• Collaborate with SMEs to create/update content
• Work with multimedia teams on media assets for learning materials
• Manage content development including milestones, risks, reviews, feedback, QA
• Monitor deliverables through implementation, translation, and launch
• Evaluate content to drive design improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 yrs of relevant experience
• Sign-off on technical/clinical content
• Experience designing eLearning, ILT, and assessments
• Delivery of training in professional/classroom setting
• Adult learning theory, analysis tools, evaluation models, learning objectives
• Strong written and interpersonal communication
