• Set roadmap for Experimentation Platform with eng, product, and DS partners
• Provide statistical expertise for sound causal inference and design
• Improve reliability, scalability, and adoption of experimentation
• Lead education/training on experiment design and stats concepts
• Empower DS team to adopt rigorous causal inference methods
• Lead original causal inference research with DS team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading experimentation platform work
• PhD in quantitative field or 4+ years exp in experiments/causal inference
• Ability to balance velocity and reliability across launches
• Strong communication to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience delivering training/content on experimentation or causal inference
• Proficient with Python, SQL, R or similar
