📋 Description

• Primary contact to develop and manage relationships with nursing schools.
• Lead recruitment and relationship efforts within a territory; promote BAYADA Nurse Residency
• Travel throughout New Jersey; overnight 10–20% as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Four year college degree
• Minimum five years of related field experience
• Proven campus relations and recruitment skills
• Strong relationship building with internal/external stakeholders
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to campus events
• English communication skills; experience in fast-paced multi-location environments
