📋 Description

• Create and maintain attractive garment presentation on floor and windows per the Commercial
• Lead and coach store team to deliver an inspiring customer experience and meet H&M standards.
• Implement Visual Identity and drive floor moves and campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
• Support store commercial opportunities and monitor KPIs with the Department Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal requirements, and store routines (opening/closing).

• Multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• 1-2+ years of transferable experience; prior keyholder experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds; stand long periods; and perform display setups (ladder/steps).
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; may travel to support other stores.
