📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery for engagements: scope, cost estimation, risk, status reporting
• Primary senior coordination across internal teams and external partners
• Lead governance cadences: status reporting, prioritization, dependency management
• Support change management: assess readiness, adoption planning, enable client post-launch
• Act as trusted client contact, build credibility as strategic partner
• Partner with Business Innovation to deepen client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 9 to 12+ years PM/Program Management experience; 5+ years in agency/consultancy delivering for
• Experience leading large multi-workstream programs with vendors and delivery teams
• Technical PM background delivering CMS/enterprise content platforms (headless CMS, DXP, composable
• Executive presence; able to present to executives with strategic recommendations
• Experience running Agile/Scrum for technical platform implementations; comfortable with hybrid
