Web3 Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product discovery, strategy, planning, prioritization, and delivery for crypto-native
• Conduct direct user research with people who regularly spend cryptocurrency.
• Translate user and business needs into clear specs, requirements, milestones.
• Manage backlog and work with engineering and design to deliver end-to-end.
• Decide on networks, wallets, and protocols using data and user input.
• Coordinate initiatives across engineering, design, compliance, marketing, support, ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years PM experience in payments/e-commerce/fintech with ownership of user-facing products.
• Proven track record shipping products with adoption and business impact.
• Strong e-commerce/payments experience with 1–3 years Web3 exposure.
• At least 3 years end-to-end ownership of user-facing products.
• Hands-on understanding of payments and checkout experiences.
• Knowledge of DeFi concepts: vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, gas.
