• Lead a team of 5-7 data scientists in a cross-functional setting with Product, Business
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders to influence
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to integrate analytics into the business and translate

🎯 Requirements

• High agency with a strong taste for quality data products
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in fast-paced environments
• 8+ years in data-related fields (D2C/B2C contexts shown)
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading high-performing teams
• Strong SQL, Python, R or similar languages
• Experience designing and executing experiments (A/B testing, time-slice experiments)
