• 12-month Management Trainee program leading to leadership role
• Start day responsibilities across Sales, Customer Service, Fleet, Performance
• Work hands-on from day one in daily operations as Rental Sales Agent
• Rotate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job

• Growth mindset; degree or experience managing teams
• Entrepreneurial leadership potential; proactive, takes initiative
• Excellent communication in English; other languages a plus
• Proactive attitude; able to work independently and resolve problems
• Open to relocation and rotating between locations; valid driver's license
