• Develop, deploy, and maintain ML models for churn, upsell, ARR impact, and sales forecasting.
• Apply advanced statistics to drivers of commercial performance.
• Design experiments to improve acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Build analytics to improve ARR, retention, expansion, and sales productivity.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer, product, and sales data.
• Create segmentation models for territory design and resource allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Economics, Engineering, or related
• 8+ years in Data Science/Analytics; 4+ years in a senior/scientist role.
• Proven analytics solutions with measurable business impact.
• Strong Python or R; advanced SQL across large datasets.
• ML and predictive analytics experience; classifications, regression, clustering, time-series.
• Statistical testing and experimentation methodologies.
