📋 Description

• Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and designs that
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Senior Business Analysts, application analysts, developers, QA
• Collect, review, analyze, and document requirements using stakeholder feedback, usage data
• Participate actively in agile delivery cycles, helping teams prepare for and complete sprints while
• Support QA and UAT by assisting with test preparation, reviewing results, identifying issues, and
• Assist with product demonstrations and sprint reviews, ensuring new functionality aligns with

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Senior Analyst, QA Analyst
• 5+ years in mortgage, mortgage technology, secondary markets, or related financial-services
• Strong understanding of mortgage banking/secondary-market processes; formal training in finance or
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable specifications, user stories, and
• Experience supporting software development and QA in an agile environment, including UAT, testing

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $80,000–$100,000, with final compensation based on experience and
