• Product Manager for Contractor Management within Remote's Product team.
• Own end-to-end experience for services powered by humans and software.
• Drive roadmap, prioritization, and cross-team collaboration.
• Work asynchronously to deliver high impact features.
• Leverage AI tooling to build, debug and ship prototypes.
• Collaborate across ops, sales, and other teams to meet business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• PM experience at a high-growth company preferred.
• Proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code tooling.
• Ability to ship prototypes with AI assistance, not just write specs.
• Strong strategic and tactical judgment.
• Self-driven, with proven results moving products forward.
• Excellent written/spoken English; remote work bonus.
