📋 Description

• Own BackShip – Back Market's managed shipping solution for sellers.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery across six domains: Label Generation, Delivery Services, Billing
• Collaborate with Engineering, Seller Success, Finance, Delivery Experience, and external carrier
• Drive adoption and revenue by improving attachment rates and carrier performance.
• Set product priorities based on seller insights, market trends, and data.
• Communicate roadmap and outcomes across cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management with 2+ years in logistics, carrier operations, or marketplace
• Proven track record shipping complex ops products with measurable business impact.
• Experience growing B2B product adoption, onboarding funnels, and seller activation.
• Carrier and logistics ecosystem knowledge; billing/invoice data fluency (P&L, CCBM).
• Strong data-driven mindset; SQL/data analysis skills a plus.
• Strategic thinker with execution excellence and cross-functional influence.
